Jack Vettriano

Red Rag have announced that another famous name has been added to the growing Limited Edition Print series with the inclusion of art prints from famed Scottish artist Jack Vettriano . Born in Fife in 1951, Jack Vettriano started paintings when he was 21 when a girlfriend gave him a set of watercolour paints.

In 1989, Jack Vettriano submitted two paintings to the Royal Scottish Academy's annual exhibition; both were accepted and sold on the first day. The following year, an equally enthusiastic reaction greeted the three paintings, which he entered for the prestigious Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in London. Since then interest in Vettriano's work has grown consistently with several sell-out solo exhibitions over the past twenty years in Edinburgh, London, Hong Kong and New York.

Today Jack Vettriano’s paintings and limited edition prints are eagerly sought after. All Jack Vettriano limited edition prints from Red Rag Art Gallery have been reviewed by the artist

Red Rag are promoting a number of art prints from Jack Vettriano including Bluebird at Bonneville , Pendine Beach and Birth of a Dream which were produced from a series of paintings inspired by the life of Sir Malcolm Campbell.
